Ke Motho is a catalyst consultancy with a Change Management, Transformation, equity, being and belonging focus. The phrase 'Ke Motho' is of Setswana origin meaning, 'I am human' - It is this inherent humanity that we aim to ignite. We use courageous conversations as a strategic tool in building a conscious society.
In an intersectional world of gender, sexuality, race, religion, and economic and political diversity, Ke Motho strives to promote human dignity above all else. It is within this ideology that we mediate and facilitate collaborative conversations.
We believe in the inherent goodness of people but recognise the traumas that burden us all and through our South African context, we acknowledge the complex heritage of its citizens.
Our strategies are focused on assisting individuals and organisations in engaging and sharing their views in safe and mediated environments with a purpose of creating understanding and aligned organisational values.
